From the first phone call to the full finished project, our team is your partner through all the phases of new construction. We will review architectural plans, create and coordinate project teams to keep things running smoothly. We research, design and present all materials needed including finishes fixtures flooring, color palettes, as well as custom cabinetry and molding design, tile and stone, furnishings, lighting and window treatments.

TRANSITIONS
At Dee Ann Design we create beautiful spaces for our clients, from homes of growing families to coastal retirement retreats! Transitioning clients from one home to another has been one of our specialties, as this requires not only creative, technical and logistical skills, but also empathy and understanding for the challenges that major changes bring. During this particular time of great change due to the pandemic, we have been successfully transitioning our clients from suburban and urban homes to full time living in their coastal vacation homes.
